Opinions pls-- fax vs. CRR Anyone have success using fax transmittal sheets as proof that is as good as the green card (i.e. in court, with the CRAs)? Opinions please? (NOTE: This is for CA validation letters...)
Re: Opinions pls-- fax vs. CRR CRRR I just like the trail, the proof of receipt, and the signature. Faxes have the advantage of proving content (if you have a fax machine that prints a "sent transaction" report heading over a copy of the transmitted document) but it lacks proof of receipt. Do both...that way you can say to the judge (if ever need be) that you tried aggressively to contact them...and they ignored you" -Peace, Dave
