Should I send an Opt-Out letter to the CRA's. I am trying to keep all my inquiries down to ZERO, and want to make sure companies don't pull my report without my permission.
Do the "pre-approved" offers and such do a hard-inquiry that everyone sees?

Or should I just leave it be??

PRE-APPROVED must be soft (PRM), but if you accept them they will pull another report that is "HARD".

Cool. So I will leave it alone and not worry about it. My Equifax has 14 inq. in 2 years, 9 in 1 year, and 4 in 6 months. I need to get those to 0, among other things!

Is there any way to make it so that collection agencies can't pull my report?
