Hello everyone, Does anyone out there have (or at least had at one point) cable service from Optel ? A collection record on an account that was closed out 2 years ago has suddenly appeared on my equifax. The CA refuses to negotiate, and to make matters worse I cannot find a contact number for Optel so I can get this thing cleared up. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks T
