Question-my husband has an orchard bank cc which has been sent to collections.....should we get in touch with orchard and say we will pay balance and see if they will give credit back or deal with collection agency?
Depending how delinquent the account is currently will determine whether they would agree to something like that. HSBC, if thats who issued the card, is not very forgiving and I doubt they would agree to anything. But it never hurts to try.
