Didn't get any offer from Orchard Bank in the past 2 yrs. Today, I open my mailbox and received a Citibank platinum card sitting in the mailer. Along with the mails there a FUSA Titsnium and a GE platinum offer. But the weired thing is I also got the Credicorp preapproval.
