I applied for Orchard Bank online and this is the message I received " We are sorry but we are unable to provide the status of your application. You shoulld receive a written application status in the mail shortly." Do this mean a denial in a nice way of putting it?
Either: 1) Denial 2) Something is down on their end electronically and they want you to fill out a hand written app. 3) They need more information from you. 4) You'll be getting a card in the mail soon. Call them and ask them.
