I have multiple Orchard Bank cards, do you think combining them will help credit? What happens to the one? Do they close it? I thought it as not a good idea to close any accounts that you have open and in good standing?

Try posting your question in the Credit Talk Forum...you will get a much better response. Can you provide us with some more information too? How many credit cards you have in total, and what your credit utilization is? It's generally not a good idea to combine and close your old cards. Especially if one of your orchard bank cards was the first card you ever had. That will immediately shorten your credit history and negatively affect your credit score. The important thing is to keep your cards in good standing open and make sure that your credit utilization isn't more than about 30 percent of your total available credit.
