Orig Creditor and Collector...?

    I would like to see that. As you see in my post above, a very respected lawyer in Texas has the opinion that a restrictive endorsement is legal if executed properly. I can provide the statutes if necessary.

    I still don't see how the Act that governs what a creditor can put in a contract at purchase has to do with this. But, I'm all for learning new info.
