Original Creditor Calling Me, How can I stop them

    I have a OC that I want to stop calling me. Any one know how to make them stop.

    I told them I could not afford the payments but they call 10 times a day

    Unfortunately original creditors are not bound by any cease/d4esist laws. They can hound you forever. Just change your phone number, and when you do make sure it's an unlisted number.

    Check your state's laws.

    Get caller id and an answering machine and only answer the ones you want.Ihave sat and hooked up caller id, shows right on my tv.
