I have been fighting with Bealls dept store now for 3 months. They have me down as owing 77.00 from 5 years ago 11/97. I started off by disputing with CRA, it fell off experian but still on the other two. I sent a validation letter to them and they sent my original application back to me signed by me. I then sent an estoppel letter, it has been 30 days and they haven't responded yet. I am now thinking of trying to send a settlement for deletion to them. On my credit report they have it listed as "collection Account", but no one has contacted me, ie.. collection agency. They also havn't listed my account as in dispute. I appreciate any info to help gt rid of this account. Thanks to all..
