I started with CRA disputing the 7 year rule. The CRA is stating that it is not at 7 years yet. They did not delete the items. What is the next step?? (validation with the OC, if so what law supports it) And what laws are the OC under?

Is it a paid chargeoff? You could use Doc's Litigous nutcase letter (version 2).

If it isn't paid, you could settle for cents on the dollar for deletion?

They are all charged off---all of them are from 1994.

If the DOLA is (let's say) 12/94, 7 years would be 12/01. How can the CRA say it's not 7 years yet?
