Anyone have any luck or have any advice on deleting an OSI Collections Services item. It is a paid collection item on my Exp report back from 99. I disputed with TU and they deleted however, Exp verified as correct?????
Experian Verifies EVERYTHING I have ever disputed. I have one paid collection with CBCS<===(hate them, they lie) on TU and EFX and the same things on Experian yet they verify even with proof they weren't mine or taken care of. Can you say Wacked?
Wow Kiyi, If CBCS stands for Columbus Credit Bureau Services you're right, they have a lousy reputation. I live in Columbus. LOL If you file suit they will prob buckle. Let me know if you need any info.
yeah those are the jackasses. When i first started working on getting my credit corrected I called them up to pay it off and the lady agreed to delete it. Month later is comes up as a paid collection. I called up and said, This was supposed to be deleted per agreement, they said, do you have that in writing? I said No Stupid me didn't get it in writing, but you also didn't answer my validation letter. Please delete it now. She said, Sorry I am now terminating you call. I called up and disputed to the charge and got my money back.
I hate those bastards, i got them delted from EQ and TU via Lexington, but they wont budge from my freaking EXP!
How did you get them deleted? I called them up yesterday and told them I got my money back cause they lied to me. She said, You can't do that! I said Yes I can and did. This call is now terminated.
