hi everyone,, gulfstate/osi is harrrassing me non stop over chase credit card bill thats 4 yrs old,,, my question is,,,,,,, I read they never sue,, and get judgments, just violate all laws and harrass non stop,,,,, has anyone here ever been sued by them, or know of anyone that was thanks

Re: OSI/GULF STATE judgements HELP I've never heard of them going after anyone. Why don't you send them a Cease and Desist letter along with a Validation letter. In your C&D letter...be sure to tell them to only contact you in writing about the debt.
