I am thinking about switching from Scana to New Power. They offer the same rate as Scana but Scana wants you to lock in to their lower rate for one year and if you change they penalize you $50.

Yes, i have the right now. I've switched from 2 providers... They have great custome service. If you have a problem with your bill, they'll correct it and give you a cust sat adj... I haven't had any big problems... The only time for cust sat was when i sent the wrong check to the them. I sent 170 to association fee to them and my power bill to my association.. You'd think New Power would cash and post... Nope they actually sent my check back and allowed me to sent the paymet to them without late fee's. They actually credited me for what my payment should've been!!!!! In good faith i sent the payment in right away...... You'll love em
Love, I have them also. They were originally Columbia Energy (I think); they're the only gas company I've used since the deregulation. No problems here.
