Anyone know a competent CPA with reasonable rates in the bay area? Nor Cal? I am looking for someone who can help w/ my LLC - import/export company. I would also like to obtain sound advice about multiple entity structures for real estate.. having an LLC owned by a C Corp and using limited partnerships with an LLC as the general partner and other such creative ways of maximizing limited liability and strategically playing the tax game (corp gets taxed 15% for first 50k for example) Anyone?
