Well I bought a collectors set of TV classics Dragnet for my dad for fathers day. VHS tapes on yahoo auctions transferred the 74.50 into the biT#$@ paypal account and she never sent anything and is not responding to my e mails. what can i do, this really leaves a bad taste in my mouth for the first time buying anything off of yahoo auctions.. someones gotta know what to do out there.. I cant go up to Canada and beat her, although it is tempting..
Don't the auction sites have some sort of assistance for just such a thing? You might check their TOS.
Check with Paypal's site. I had almost the same thing happen to me - paypal has the ability to 'freeze' a customer's account until they provide proof that it was received (i.e. a Delivery Confirmation receipt) or until the seller refunds your money. Either way, they won't be able to add or remove money from their Paypal account until the dispute with you is settled. Hope that helps!!
