Try posting in some of the other forums-- it either takes days to weeks before someone responds (if at all), or worse... creditwrench responds and makes you feel worse.

I used to post every once in a while on Motley FOOL, but got tired of having to have my head sewn back on.

I am happy they are charging for access now... I will never be tempted to go over there again! LOL

This is the best credit forum on the net. You will need no other.

There are a few at Ivillage, more about handling money and debt rather than actual credit card company info...I visit over there once in awhile.

    http://www.ivillage.com/money/

Scroll all the way to the bottom, and there are a few different boards on your left. Creditnet is by far the best, quicker responses, more subjects, very active.

LOL. Actually we're clear examples of narcissistic personality disorder, but what the hell.

I've seen a lot of wrong advice given at ivillage but keep my nose out of it. It's too frustrating to read the responses. It sometimes reminded me of MF in the attitude of the posts.

    Lizard King,

If you set a man on fire, the rest of his life is likely to be short.

    Psych Doc,

The apparent narcissism of members of this board is not psychological, but rather sociological, in origin. It is caused by anonymity, as well as by relentless pressure to dumb down and abbreviate one's remarks, so as to receive quick and friendly replies (which are the "payoff" in the social transactions initiated here.)

Hmm, interesting, RichGuy. You're probably right. Then again, I'm sure you will admit the possibility that some of us are simply raging narcissists in our offline lives as well. :)
