I have had great success with the "not mine" disputes but it appears that they have run their course. I have read where people have disputed tradeline errors but I am a little confused. Are they disputing it as a reporting error with the CRA or the OC? Here's an example: Bloomies 1x - 30 days late, 1x 60 days late and 4x 90+ days late How do I approach this? Any suggestions would be helpful.
You could just state: "I paid on-time, or I never paid late." Those reasons got a particularly nasty TL off of my EQ CR to the tune of 30+ FICO pts. I still have 2 remaining, however, but they expire early next year. Figure I'll just wait for them to die a natural death. For some reason, I really had good luck with my EQ disputes during April (Easter holiday). I even got 2 hard inquiries deleted! Maybe CRAs are more forgiving during this time (?) lol...
