RE: Other Premier Secured Card Citibank, Chase, and Wells Fargo all offer secured cards. I would advise searching this board to learn about each one before applying. And it would be smart to call and/or visit their web sites. Be certain of any general qualifications and if/how the card is reported. Also check out Wells Fargo Financial Bank which is different from Wells Fargo Bank. I hope this helps.
RE: Other Premier Secured Card I called WFFB, and she told me they don't "solicit" cards over the phone, that I should go to my local Wells Fargo branch. I thought that was kind of unusual.
