    You can call the CRA reporting the item, and they will provide you with the information. If you don't like to remain in hold Hell with them, you might check at collector.com (click on rosters).

    BTW - I still stick by my first post - mail is a good thing.

    No, never contact them by phone except in very unusual circumstances. Always do it by mail if at all possible.

    I've been trying to do a search for your 18 questions to ask CA's who call but have not had any success finding them here.

    Can you post a link or the questions themselves?

    Well Bill, that was the best post I've ever read from you. That's how all phone calls with CA's should go. The person paying the phone bill should control the phone call. Period.
