I had a pager, and I forgot to pay my bill for several months and it went to collection. Now, I pulled my credit report from the three bureaus and it's only on one. (Experan) and it shows 30,60,90 + 4 months charge off/paid accounts. The account was only for $400 and it was considered an installment type account. How bad does this effect my credit history. I have never had any later payments on any of my other credit cards which I've had for over 4 years. (BTW the accounthas been paid for 7 months.) and like I said it was an installment account not a revolving line of credit.
