Anyone have advice on the best way to get rid of these? I have 2 Capital One, 1 HSBC and 1 First Premier. All have been paid for about 18 months now but I want to start making progress on getting them removed. I've disputed online with no success but not real surprised. Curious to hear any success stories as these 4 accounts are the only thing standing between me and a good credit history.

If they all reflect a 0/zero balance and marked "paid in full", don't worry about them. They are now "positive" accounts, and with new accounts, assuming you are making timely payments on those, should rebuild your credit history.

Not necessarily. If they've been deliquent, they are probably still in the negative section of the reports since there would be lates reporting.

Have you gotten the individual reports from each agency? If not, do that first.

If you have, how are these accounts reporting on each report? Do they show as negatives? Do they show as "settled in full" or "paid charge off?"

We really need to know exactly how they are reporting to accurately answer the question.

they are showing as paid charge offs and in the negative section of the report. I just went and mailed a letter to Experian asking them to verify them and will see how that goes.
