Paid Chargeoff Removal

    I have a 107 dollar chargeoff from the power company. If I pay it, how do I get it removed, I have been trying for 6 months to get it off, and it hasn't happened yet. Any advice???

    Who is it? I mean the collection agency

    No collection agency. Just the power company, TXU Electric. Dallas, Texas. Joe

    Easy then. Ask if you could get it removed from your credit reports in return pay the bill. If they say no, then they don't get pay, its a win-win situation.

    Remember this is most important, Get it in writing that they will delete it from your credit report.

    Is a Paid ChargeOff better than a non paid one?

    No its no better or worse, you want it removed.
