    I have been reading alot about disputing paid chargeoffs. What do you dispute it as?

    Even if they were never turned over to a collection agency and even though I paid them? Thanks.

    I just sent Verifications to a few OC's that I have paid charge off's with.. I'll be disputing those as soon as the little green card comes back.. I don't have any debt. So that's all that's hurting my CR.. I'l let you know what happens..


    You do have to be careful of the SOL though
