DH has a "Paid Civil Judgment" Entered 1/2001, Paid 9/2002. We still live at the same address, so have had no success removing it by disputing with the CRA's. We live in Ohio, so I have been trying to look at the laws here. I think the it is too late to get the judgment vacated, and I don't know if there are any grounds to do so. A lawyer friend of mine said I may try to file for Relief from Judgment as it has been satisfied, but not sure if that will get the Public Record off the report. Anyone familiar with this? Any help is appreciated.
