I sent out the nutcase letter to a CA for a paid collection. I paid it about 2 years ago. Anyway, they sent back a 'verification' letter. BUT...all they sent back was a copy of the check I used to pay them, and a copy of the letter I sent with the check asking for a 0-balance letter. I don't think that is true verification as requested in nutcase. What should my next course of action be? Deacon
the next course is to send the next nutcase letter or the son of a nutcase letter, check out Psychdoc nutcase series and recommendation. Trust me, it works. I got a real stubborn ca off with a nutcase/validation/its letter along with a complaint to the BBB.
