Paid Collection Nutcase didn't work

    I have 2 paid CA accounts that are showing up on all 3 CR. I sent a Nutcase letter to the CA and they just sent me a statement showing that I owed the money and that I had paid with a zero balance. How do I proceed to get these TL removed? Help!!!

    I need more information......have you paid this off? or is it just listed as paid 0 balance?

    Nutcase letters is a series. Move on to the next one.

    I paid this account off while it was in collections. It is true that it was a collections account.

    I am not familiar with the rest of the series if the Nutcase is just one of a series. Would you please enlighten me?
