Hi, I owed 375$ of debt to a Collection Agency for failure to pay city parking tickets. 3 of the tickets were already getting reported to EQ and I certainly didn't want anymore making it on there so I paid them. In person, at their office. How should I proceed in getting these 'Paid Collection Accounts' removed from my CR? If someone could point me to a good Validation letter for PAID accounts I'd be most grateful. Thanks all! Scott
look up Psydocs "nutcase" letters. the theory is that since you paid it off that instead of wasting time(hence money) on you they will eventually give in.. Doesnt always work but worth a try, Also see Bills "knockout" letter.
