Hi. Is there anyway to get a "paid collections" listing removed on a past American Express account even after it's been paid? I have a feeling it will be futile because I have no leverage now. Also, I have student loan accounts listed as "paid collections", is there any way I can get "paid collections" removed even after they've been paid? I didn't know there was anything you could do except pay what you owed until I came across this site. Any help would be appreciated. Peter.
