I have had 2 paid medicals on my EQ for about 2 years. I have been fighting to get them removed, as they were both the fault of my insurance company. After 5 phone calls, 3 letters to CA, 2 letters to CRA, 2 letters to OC, and one letter to the Doctor, it finally got removed today. AND MY EQ ONLY WENT UP 1 POINT! A lot of work for 1 point, thanks EQ!
I feel your pain Greg. I am still fighting to get a paid medical collection removed from my EQ report. I have gotten a judgement removed but the d*mn CA won't delete. At least I know that I can look forward to 1 point. LOL!
LD, have you tried Why Chat's HIPAA letter? A lot people have gotten very good results with it getting PAID medical collections deleted. Gib
