I have a paid collection with IC Systems. The bill may have not been mine, but another family members. Would a validation letter work, or should I go the nutcase route? Anyone else ever deal with IC Systems?
This may have been a bill for my ex wife. She may have signed for it, not me. Anyway, I paid the bill but it's gonna be on the report for 4 years more.

I disputed through EX and they verified, so I sent them the nutcase letter and it's been 20 days since the signed green card arrived and no word from them. I will probably have to send the second (crazy) letter. Hopefully it will work?
Re: Paid medical validation help ne Here's what I don't understand? Lets say you pay a bill that's not yours, but it's reported on your credit report. Since it's paid they are free to do nothing? If they can prove it fine, but it seems to me I should have the chance to check!
