Did you send them anything to prove it was paid/released? If so, forget it. If not, how long ago was it released?

 

So when would the 7 Yrs. end on a tax lien filed for $0.oo?

 

I have 3 paid tax liens. I was waiting for them to archive so I could dispute them off. I just don't know how long that takes.

 

Mine archived at 5 yrs post payment. (Filed in NJ, 1993, paid 1996, archived 2001.) I know this because I was disputing this one pretty frequently, and in 2001 it came off all three..
