I have a paid collections being reported for over 300.00. The fact is, it was for about 10.00 and I have the paid receipt from the creditor and endorsed check to prove it. I sent this information in to the CA and asked them to delete it because they were not reporting it correctly. Guess what? Not only have they not deleted it, they re-verified it through a current dispute on Experian! Idiots. Anyway, so I sent them one CRRR to have them delete it. I am in the process of sending another CRRR telling them of my displeasure in their ineptitude, and also asking them if they have different records than myself to please share them with me, or delete the incorrect information. I would think at this point, that is all I need to prove a papertrail asking them to fix their problems. Now, since this is a violation against the FCRA, I believe I can file in any court. Anyone have any suggestions for me other than to have the two letters I sent them, the reverification from the cra, my receipt and checks and the copy of the FCRA?

    Thanks!
