I've been trying like heck to get access to EFX's recently enhanced Credit Watch (EXP Credit Manager competitor/clone). However, for the past 2 weeks, I've been trying to gain access but get the "High Volume" error message continuously. In addition, I can't pull my last CR subscription via Score Power.

I called them back on Thursday and the CSR said they would have it back up for me by Friday or contact me. Well...neither happened.

Behind the scenes.....I have a lawsuit pending with EFX (small claims court scheduled for 2nd week in May)...

Do you think they are playing "games" with me? Anyone else with a pending (or past) lawsuit and EFX "secretly" denied you access to your report?

    Or...Am I watching too many "X-Files" episodes???

I AM FED-UP WITH CREDIT SCORE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ACCESS MY SCORE AND CREDIT SINCE THE 8TH AND HAVE NO LUCK. IT KEEPS TELLING ME THAT THE SERVER IS BUSY, OR A ERROR MESSAGE STATING TO CALL. I CALL AND THEY TELL ME THEY MAY NOT HAVE IT FIXED FOR WEEKS OR MONTHS TO COME. THEY ARE REALLY PISSING ME OFF. DOES ANYBODY HAVE THE SAME ISSUES?

I had the same problem with these idiots. Unfortunately, if you are right in the middle of a lawsuit or a dispute that would be considered a fraud alert, this may be the reason why you are not able to access the site. A fraud alert will do it every sinlgle time. I had this conversation with an employee of Equifax.....
