Has anybody dealt with Parisian. It looks like I have a $150 chargeoff from 1995 (will come off in a few months). I have sent many validation, disputes etc. letters but no response. I just sent a Planet Feedback too. Thank you! Mark
Mark- good luck. Parisian is part of Saks, and they just completely revamped their credit card bank "National Bank of the Great Lakes" - closing down in Chicago and moving all service/support functions to Mississippi. I had problems with a Carson Pirie Scott account several years ago - it took about 6 calls and 5 letters, but it was finally resolved (when they merged with Bergners, someone had the same account# as I did and payments got screwed up). Just keep calling - specifically talk with "Collections Manager" - that person will have the authority to change how something is reported. Good luck, mj
