I was wondering if I can dispute- and if the credit card co. actually will credit my account for 50 % of the purchase price. Background: In April I bought 6 cartons of cigarettes over the internet. Received half of the shipment, 3 cartons sometime around the middle of May, but as of this date, June 2 I have not yet received the other half. Willing to wait until the middle of this month for the 2nd half of my order before I pursue the dispute. Was just wondering about any of you folks' experience(s) in partial disputes.
