can someone help me to figure out what form I need to use to send the credit bureaur to get an old debt off my report.I have been looking in the area were you can print off forms, but I don't know what one to use. I have an old bill on my credit report from 1994 and I have not made a payment on it since then, I didn't know I had an old jcpenney bill they have not sent me anything in the mail letting me know. so what do I do
