Just got approved for a $5000 credit card and refinance of my Americredit car loan, went from 13.9% with americredit to 5.1% with patelco.
I have a BK-13 that was discharged a year ago and no open derog 11 good lines that vary from 6 months to 1 year old and of course established car loans.

Thanks for everything y'all do here, it has been a great help getting me back on my feet after the BK-13
Now if you could just get this BK off my record I would be in great shape

How long after approval and establishment of the savings account should I expect to receive my visa gold card?

I was approved for a $5K MC through Patelco and a $9000 auto refi at 4.2% for 48 months(a heckuva lot better than the 17.95% previosuly).

This CU treats me a lot better than my own CU here in Michigan.

I can do business with them through a CU service center around here. My wife and I are seriously considering moving our accounts to Patelco.

For those of you on here who were approved through Patelco (for any type of loan), what kind of eligibility relationship did you use to open your account?

I had to fax my check stubs, a copy of the Soc Sec card and driver's license to them. We sent them a check for the $25 on Monday ($20 processing fee and $5 minimum savings deposit) I just called them and the materials have been forwarded to their internal auditing department for approval.

Has anyone had any problems establishing eligibility with Patelco? Has anyone on here received either their plastic or completed the auto refi process with them?

So true, but you have to love the smooth clear days...no worries, no stress just soar with the eagles and let the turkeys stay low and fight the storms.
