You can now use your ebay $$ (hehe) to pay bills with paypal. I input both Amex and Cap 1 on thursday, and today (sat) the accounts have electronic payment credits on them!! It seems there is 1000's of places to pay. this is very convenient for me cause i can turn my ebay booty directly into bill pay without having to convert into my income account (checking). Just wanted to let you guys know its faster to pay a bill then withdraw the funds (unless you have the paypal debit card).
