I have 10 collection from same CA all amounts are less than $100 equalling just under 1000.Can the CA file suit on collective accounts as one suit or would they have to file 10 seperate suits.The reason im asking is I want to try a pay to delete offer but the collections are not near sol date yet.would this particular situation be ideal and possibly work.Do i offer full payoff amount to delete?
I havent asked them to validate them for they are valid and i thought a long lengthy validation process was leverage for my pay to delete offer
They don't have to be invalid in order to entitle you to require them to validate. As for me . my policy is I don't pay unproven claims.
