Ok, I have a stupid question. I set up a paypal account. How can I fund the account with a credit card? I only see a way to fund it with my checking account.
You can fund it by check as well with a credit card but must be visa or master they dont discover! Maybe in prefrences to add card not sure havent used them in a while.
Okay, underneath "instant transfer" yhere is a link -it will say "other payment options" - if it doesn't say that then you don't have any cards registered yet, and you have to add a credit card. You do that at another page. I am actually sending some money, so hold on til I finish and I'll tell you where to add a card.
breeze I am actually sending some money... ------------------------------------------------------ Oh, you got my address for the money...is it the correct one?
I have two cards I have added. I don't see an "instant transfer" link anywhere. Maybe this is because the verification of my checking account is not complete?
Now, to add a card up at the top click on "profile" in the list of links on the left hand side click on "credit card" click on "add" ....yours may be different, I already have cards registered, but you will see it.
I don't know about that - I did mine so long ago I can't remember. Seems to me it allowed a small transaction prior to verifying, then you limit was raised after they verified it. Have you entered the information on the first page and then gone to the second page - that is where it would be.
yes. paypal charges me 2.3% + .30 cents per transaction. However if i use my paypal mastercard debit card to Buy something using the funds available, i get 1.5% cash back reducing the effective transaction fee to .8% + .30 cents, which is extremely good for credit card merchant processing imo..
