Providian Pay Pal Visa Has anyone applied for the Providian Pay Pal Visa ? I have not heard too much about this card ..
Re: Providian Pay Pal Visa I applied and was turned down. Got the letter today stating that I already had a Providian account and could not have another one. Maybe that don't like my balance to limit ratio so I would try if you want a PayPal Visa. Nevertheless, the PayPal Visa has almost the same terms as Aria but with a lower apr. Aria wouldn't lower my apr today to match the PayPal Visa. I am beginning to hate Aria/Providian.
