   I just closed a credit card account with a small balance still on it. I forgot to ask how them how I can pay the balance(whether they send me a bill, or if I can still transfer the balance to another card) I can't ask them now, since their closed for the day.

   You will keep on receiving the regular statement every month until the balance is paid in full. You can also transfer the balance to another card.
