   I have a six year old charge off that will become a thorn in my side once I begin to look for a mortgage loan in July. I contacted the CA listed on my credit report to settle account for deletion of tl, but I got no response. Should I attempt to contact OC to offer same settlement? Has anyone had any experience with this?
