   Does making a payment to CA (that doesn't show up on CR) automatically make a new listing of CA account appear on CR after the payment is made? As it stands, only OC (Chrysler) appears on CR with a TL of "Charge off"; I don't want any more negative info on CR.

   Not necessarily, but I would get it in writing BEFORE you release one dime to them. Do a search for settlement letters.
