Does anyone have the Paypal visa? If so what were the reqirements credit wise I see they have several different visas...can someone shed some light before I apply?
Yes. They are Providian's, and as such, they suck. If your credit isn't prime yet, you may want to consider http://www.anbcards.com - in my book, they're currently the best CC issuer of subprime market. Saar
My PayPal Visa is okay. If you already have a providian issued card, you can only use one card in the online service. I think I received the middle pay pal visa, no fees to open or any annual fees.
