I received a notice in the mail with my statement saying they may charge 9.95 finance chsrge if you use the onrequest for paysmart to make a single payment by phone or online from your personal checking account. It goes on to say their automatic monthly service for paysmart will continue to remain free of charge. What is paysmart? Is that the online bill pay program or are they talking about making a payment online?
