No change after clearing my browser cache either.

I tried everything - cleared cache and restarted IE. Still tiny. Tried NS and Opera 5 - still tiny.

I didn't notice a difference really. But I was having to reduce 2 sizes before on the old board in order to read on one page without moving the screen.

After reading this I do think it's a bit tinier. Also, nothing happens when I increase or decrease the font size. Where before I could decrease 2X. Now nothing happens when I pick Increase.

Now the font sizes on everything else are huge. It's either that, or take the time to change back and forth between fonts.

I suspected this would happen so i never made any changes

Maybe its just me, but I don't think there's a problem with the font. I use win 98 small business edition 2nd edition, and internet explorer 5.50.

I couldn't even begin to know where to change the font through the browser.

    Again, maybe it's just me.

    breeze,
I know that you guys are having a problem, but I guess that my point is, if they change the font size, will it effect everybody?

Some may be having problems, and others, myself included, may not. I think that my post was legitimate.

For me, the font size is fine, but after it is changed, I may have a problem with it.

Just my thoughts on the font issue.

If you are using IE, do this:

    TOOLS/Internet Options/Accessibility

Check the box that says: "Ignore font sizes specified on web pages".

I'm using IE 5.0, and this lets my user specified font size be used.

Solved part of the confusion anyway...

DaveLV, The page that shows your post in Preview mode before you actually post it does respond to the setting of font sizes so you see the font as larger on that page because your font setting is set to "larger" font. On the main page of reading posts it does not respond to this setting. However, if you follow the advice of JShimmer (for IE anyway not sure how to do this in Netscape) you should be able to change the font size on all the pages not just the preview page.

    -Dave

(My advice for Netscape users - JUMP SHIP already!!) jk
