Does anyone think that this person may have a few more disputes to challenge after posting this on Planet Feedback? I'm writing to alert you to a problem I've had with a credit card issued by you. My problem concerns billing or payment. I hope by bringing this to your attention, the problem will be addressed. This incident has made me extremely upset. Here's what happened: I placed an order with Kelly Nurseries for plants early in this year. These were to be charged to my account (5329-0506-6800-4326). The plants were sent at a time of hot weather in our area. Additionally, the plants were damaged in shipment, which ultimately resulted in dead plants. I notified Kelly on March 30, 2002 and sent shipping label, letter of explanation, etc. MBNA was notified to remove charges from my account. They have since asked for an explantion, which I have supplied three times, as of today. Kelly has asked and received the same information twice. I do not believe MBNA or Kelly is acting in good faith. Here's what I want you to do: I want a complete reversal of charges on my account and a refund sent to me. I have since closed my MBNA account, as well as discontinued business with Kelly Nurseries. In the future, I will likely avoid doing business with you. And I definitely won't recommend you to others. I appreciate your taking the time to listen to my complaint. I hope it can be addressed. From: Ray H. Dothan, AL
I tried to wait...the devil made me do it Last time there were people debating the chances guessing 730 (2yrs) of expiration dates before someone pointed out that the account# was inactive as of PFB post. LOL -Peace, Dave
