I have had a pending app with BofA for 5 days and dh has had pending with Chase for 6 days and Bank one Business for 2 Weeks. I have called BofA and dh called Chase and no one will talk. I have read that you can call chase in 2 days and decision but when dh called they said credit analyst don't talk on the phone.
When I applied for my perfectcard via chase online I got an email like 2 business days later that their decision was online...went to the link and was approved. I wonder why it's taking you so long to get an answer. Maybe cause they weren't approved?
how long could it take to say no, besides my dh has 700 score and great utilization and has a chase already
It can take a couple weeks to get the rejection letter in the mail outlining the reasons it was rejected. Why can't they tell you the answer over the phone? Did they give a reason?
I applied for Chase and received an email within 2 days that the decision was available online. Checked the link and was declined. Received the letter in the mail about 5 days after that. So, it doesn't necessarily mean denied. Good luck! paw67
Well one down, 2 to go. Bank One business, never called, just put card in mail. We received it today. Limit 8000. Alright!!!!!!
I got a hold of bofa for the status. The rep said since I already have a bofa then they don't do instant, they stop process and pull internal records to figure approval, cls etc. Should know by tomorrow.
I heard from or rather called BofA and found out they approved me for Plat Travel cl 11000. 2 down and 1 to go.
